Customer Reviews
Excellent*****
By Jenny Raechal
I’ve been using Motorola SURFboard SBG900 DOCSIS 2.0 Wireless Cable ModemGateway for about a month and I’m very happy with it so far. I had Linksys wireless cable modem for years and I hated it so much because of the unstable connection. I had to reboot the device pretty much very single day – few times a day. After read the reviews and decided to give Motorola a try, I’m glad I did. With the help of Motorola customer service, set up wasn’t too difficult.
Great for Mac*****
By T. Wolf
I had read several reviews prior to purchase as I wanted to make sure this would work on a Mac. Needless to day, the setup was easy and took about 10 min. I had to call Motorola tech support on security setup and they were fantastic, walking me through the process in a few minutes. I use Comcast as my ISP and the SBG900 is an approved modem/gateway for use on their network. I also like the combination modem/wireless router in a single box. I’d definitely recommend the Motorola unit for others.
