Slim Digital Camera Problems
By Chris Campbell
The slim digital camera problems are more of a user problem than they are a problem with the cameras. The slim cameras are not made for large hands and fingers. In some of the slim compacts, the lens is so close to the edge of the camera that fingers get in the way of the pictures. The cameras are usually all-automatic with no manual controls, which makes the camera strictly a point and shoot camera with no other functions. If you are looking for something you can hold with ease, a slim camera might not fit that need.
Users do like the camera because of its slim design, but slim digital camera problems with the picture quality is also a concern. The cameras are not as user friendly as you would think. They are prone to many problems with the lens and picture quality in low lights as well as outdoors in bright light. There are other digital cameras that are not as slim that are just as compact and easy to carry around, but they also have more manual functions and deliver quality images. You should always compare a slim digital camera with another compact camera to see how it feels.
The slim cameras are popular with kids and young adults because it is easy to use and carry in a pocket, but if you are looking for a camera with other functions, you might need a camera with some body. The slim digital camera problems come down to how much you will use the camera as well as how it feels in your hands. If you have a camera that does not feel right when taking the pictures, chances are, you will not have quality pictures. Take some to compare all slim digital cameras to see if maybe one make is better than another in your hand.
